CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
CASE MANAGEMENT-Child Care Subsidy Program

The current financial situation in California has put a damper on the ability of companies to expand their workforce.  At Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC), we believe the search for talented people may slow down from time to time, but should never stop completely.  Through the California Department of Education, HSMC manages a contract for The Professional Association for Childhood Education known as the Alternative Payment Program (PACEAPP).  This Program has an ongoing need to find individuals whose background and education qualify them to provide case management for California’s eligible low-income families and the childcare providers families choose to perform childcare services. PACEAPP's case managers and provider specialists assist families with achieving self-sufficiency through education, advocacy, and empowerment. PACEAPP also helps families access the resources needed to support their families.
