PACEAPP assists income-eligible families become self-sufficient by helping to pay for their childcare services. Child care providers work closely with parents and PACEAPP case managers. Each month, providers submit attendance reports and PACEAPP reimburses them for child care services based on the provider's contract. The reimbursement rate, hours available to use for child care and other guidelines are based on each family's unique needs.
Eligibility for families
Eligibility is determined by a variety of factors. Depending on your family size and annual gross income, you may be eligible for the PACEAPP program. To submit an eligibility list application, download the Eligibility List Application and send it to our main office:

We have many people on our eligibility list who meet the criteria to participate in PACEAPP's child care program, but due to funding limitations, some eligible families may unfortunately experience lengthy waits for child care services.
We make every effort to keep the list updated and we contact families immediately once a space or funding has become available. Please contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility list or application process. You can call 800-541-9922 Mon - Fri from 9 - 5 with quesitons.
We are available to assist families in learning about quality child care options, and to give them parenting information and resources.
