PACEAPP helps families understand the quality child care provider options available to meet the needs of their children. Each family's case manager works closely with their chosen provider to ensure that the family needs and provider services are a good match.

Families can choose from three types of child care providers: Child care providers are brought into the PACEAPP system through parents. Once an enrolled parent chooses a provider, the provider goes through an eligibility process. Both licensed and license-exempt providers need to contact the family's case manager to confirm that all provider requirements are met. In order to participate in PACEAPP's program, providers must submit required paperwork and documentation.

For more information about providers in the PACEAPP program, take a look at the PACEAPP Parent/Provider Handbook (for enrolled families and providers) . This useful guide provides information about provider payments, regional market rates for child care services, attendance reports, family fees, and other policies and procedures.
